Sunday, March 22nd

Newstart is not canceled this Sunday, March 22. However, we will not be meeting at the building on Pollock Rd. We will be meeting in our living rooms via the Newstart App (Apple or Android) and on Facebook. This Sunday, we are going to continue "People of Presence" and be teaching from 1 John 4.

Updates:

  • We will follow federal and CDC guidelines for mass gatherings. We know the mass gathering guidelines are currently through March 31. We can assume this will most likely continue several weeks past that date.

  • Each Sunday, by 10:30 AM, we will have a worship gathering, and teaching posted to the Newstart App and Facebook. We will have a service and sermon up by 10:30 Sunday. If you have Apple Tv or Roku, you can download the Newstart App to your TV as well.

Keep participating in the life of the church!

  1. Pray. Continue in prayer daily for the ministry of Newstart, and those God will help us to reach with His good news.

  2. Watch, read, and share everything Newstart puts out. Keep up to date on the app. Interact, write comments, re-post, text, and email people you usually chat with on Sunday mornings.

  3. We have an ongoing ministry for our seniors. If you know anyone who needs shopping, delivery, etc., email dawnj@newstart4u.org, and we will work to meet their needs.

  4. If you know of someone from Newstart in severe financial need, email the full info to gregm@newstart4u.org. We may be able to help through some generous Newstarters.

  5. Your continued tithes and offerings increase Newstart's ministry effectiveness. Give online. Text To Give. Or mail a check to Newstart Church at 795 Pollock Rd., Delaware, Ohio, 43015.

HCO - Food Pantry will be on March 18th.
Given the recent health concerns, our Community Meal will be a little different this month. Our guests will be able to pull up their car outside the church between 5:00 and 6:30 pm on Wednesday, March 18th, and we will bring a to-go meal out to their car. The food pantry will be open on a limited basis.

This month we are making Lunchmeat Wraps! Did God bless you with a passion for cooking? Share your gift and help be a part of preparing the to-go meals that will be provided.

If you would like to serve by prepping the to-go meals and/or passing them out, please contact Michelle Quitter at quitter.michelle@gmail.com.

We will also need other individual lunch items such as fruit cups, applesauce cups, small bags of chips, drinks to go, etc. Interested? Please go to Sign up Genius CLICK HERE.
